The Asset manager has to observe professional secrecy and the depositary bank has the duty to respect the banking secrecy for all Swiss customers. These preconditions grant confidentiality and privacy to our clients. Furthermore, they apply to all matters in relation to the wealth of the client such as inheritance and taxes.

Zingg Finance SA is subject to scrutiny by three bodies: a fiduciary, an independent auditor and, for the past few years, a third supervisory body responsible for compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). As a member of the ASG, Zingg Finance SA is once again subject to numerous checks; these result in increased trust, the cornerstone of any business relationship. We should also add that we have developed our own IT system, which provides an additional layer of security for our clients.
Founded in December 1985 by Pierre-Olivier Zingg, our firm brings together a team with over 50 years’ combined experience in wealth management, banking and law. As such, we are regularly called upon to act as expert witnesses in court.

Thanks to our relationships with our eight custodian banks, we can guide you towards a new banking institution should the need arise. We are familiar with the banks’ operations and fees and can advise you on finding the bank that best suits your needs. Furthermore, thanks to our 30 years of experience, our network in the Lake Geneva region will save you time in all your financial affairs. It will also ensure complete discretion.
Added to this is an undeniable advantage: we have secured a discount of around 50% from our partner banks on all fees (brokerage fees, custody fees, foreign exchange transactions, etc.) charged to the client.
